Ms. Wu was the director in charge of project financing with the SFECO Group, which was one of the top 150 international contractors in the world. She has a deep understanding of export credit financing, government to government lending, and credit insurances. She has worked with all major banks and financial institutions in China and is familiar with key individuals and the appropriate procedures.
