Liang Yu, Chairman

Mr. Liang is the Founder and Chairman of the China Forestry Exchange (CFEX), the only national forest-related trading platform in China under joint management of CBEX (China Beijing Equity Exchange) and the China Forestry Bureau. CFEX is the first and only forest carbon trading exchange center approved by the Chinese government.

Slenda Chan,Chief Executive Officer

A mainland China native, Ms. Chan was born in Shanghai and raised in Hong Kong. She was educated under Chinese, British, and American school systems. Therefore, not only is she fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Shanghainese, but also has a great understanding of the difference between the western and oriental cultures.

Jia Mao,President

Mr. Mao has many years of experience in marketing and management, macro industry development, geo-political assessment, and consultancy service. He has also been highly involved with media- and art and culture development. With his familiarity of the governing and administration systems, coupled with a comprehensive insight into the economic and political systems in China, Mr. Mao has an extensive network of contacts in the region.

Leonardo Riera, Executive Director

Mr. Riera is a seasoned investment banker, consultant, and fund manager He has consulted on M&A or investments transactions in more than 20 countries.

In his expansive 25-year career, he was the Country Head for Bankers Trust in Venezuela for over a decade, in charge of Investment Banking and the broker-dealer vehicle. He was also a member of Banker Trust’s proprietary Latin American Investment Committee. Finally, Mr. Riera has been a consultant with McKinsey & Co., and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for Citicorp Investment Bank in Venezuela.

Richard M. Muller, Director of Finance

In addition to his duties as director at Asia America Equity Exchange Mr. Muller presently serves as the chief financial officer and director of AOTI, Inc, (www.aotinc.net) a medical device manufacturer located in Galway, Ireland. For more than 30 years, Mr. Muller has been involved in international business ventures, start-up businesses and entrepreneurial pursuits and has developed substantial financial and transactional experience relating to the re-organization, development and funding of private and publicly traded companies.

Marcus Koch, Director of Business Development

Mr. Koch has represented the interests of investors in building corporations in diverse industries and various countries around the globe. He has gained an extensive experience in international commerce and a vast understanding of intercultural communications by actively representing the international business development interests of clients in Europe, Africa, Asia, and North America.
