The Trading and Procurement Division promotes commercial exchange between China and the Americas, including the reciprocal sourcing of raw materials and final goods between both regions. Its trading functions include sourcing, negotiating, and financing. The Division also works to secure government contracts, including equipment procurements and international tendering, and is also involved in trade distribution rights.
The execution of this Division is enhanced by partnership access to the extensive trading platform of CBEX in Beijing, as well as its affiliation with top Chinese corporations. Most of these corporations have either natural markets for raw materials in the Americas, or have interests in further penetrating markets. For example, there is a large potential market in China for raw materials from Central America, while regions in the Americas can benefit from the China’s rich mineral resources that are in demand for industrial and other uses. Regardless of the direction the transaction flows, the Division is staffed with industry-recognized experts in international commerce, with many combined years of experience in dealing with Chinese, American, and Latin American manufacturers.
The interest of major Chinese corporations in authorizing AAEE’s Trading & Procurement Division to act as their trade representative in various markets continues to grow. This development has led to plans for the structuring of larger-scale commercial efforts for entities with hundreds of product lines.
