The Real Estate Division provides a variety of real estate and related services to clients around the world, acting as the representative for both buyers and sellers from site selection and permitting, through construction, leasing, and completion. Development projects include hotels, resorts, high-rise residential and industrial properties, warehouses, commercial and medical offices, commercial office, retail buildings, residential communities, and multi- and single-family properties.
The team members of this Division are highly skilled in a wide range of services, including strategic project planning, mixed-use community design, identification of project objectives and programming, site analysis and acquisition, determination of optimal financial structure, permitting and entitlements, planning and design coordination, construction, occupancy coordination, and project closeout.

The Real Estate Division of AAEE has full building design and construction capabilities, including the design of structures and services for most types of new construction and building refurbishments, including: Retail developments, hotels and resorts, residential condominiums and apartments, commercial office buildings, housing developments, parking garages, hospitals and other healthcare facilities, industrial and manufacturing properties, and mixed-use developments.
AAEE is committed to doing its part toward preserving the environment. The division designs and develops “green” buildings and uses environmentally friendly materials whenever available.
In many cases, the principals and partners of AAEE assume a financial ownership role in real estate development.
