The Healthcare and Wellness Division is focused on the international marketing of products, services, and facilities that support mental and physical well-being. The primary efforts of this Division are toward the development of resort wellness centers throughout the Americas. These centers will provide a holistic environment, providing access to non-invasive treatments, a combination of both herbal and traditional (Eastern and Western) medicine, and education programs to promote leading a healthy lifestyle.
One of the Division’s most exciting initial projects is introducing the Americas to HIFU (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound) technology for non-invasive tumor removal. The treatment has shown incredible success throughout Europe and Asia, with a single, painless treatment successfully removing tumors or localized cancers.
There are already several HIFU centers in Asia and three in Europe. AAEE has been given the honor of bringing this extraordinary technology to the Americas. In 2009, the Healthcare and Wellness Division is introducing the technology to markets in Latin America and the Caribbean, where clients will receive HIFU treatments in one of the many Natural Asian Wellness Spas being developed by the Division.
The Hospitality & Senior Living Division provides strategic planning, hospitality asset management, and oversees operations for hotels, resorts, and senior living facilities. The division also develops new hospitality concepts, models, and brands for its clients, with full programs customizable to different facilities.
The Division’s experienced team defines new market trends, focuses on innovations, and has the full capacity to design, develop, and manage all major international hospitality brands. Working with strategic partners, AAEE will develop and operate luxury senior living communities in China, to accommodate a rapidly growing need.
The magnitude of China’s senior population, and the rate at which it is growing, has led the Chinese government to issue a priority mandate on the creation of accommodations for this segment of the population. The Hospitality and Senior Living Division will provide organizational input into the communities, facilitate shareholder participation, and provide management services related to the administration of these communities.
In addition, AAEE works with other investors to secure investments and acquisitions of Hospitality and Senior Living projects outside of China. The Division will also have operations inside China to provide consulting services to hotel and resort developers.
