The Funds Management Division was established to facilitate outbound investments from China and inbound investments into China. AAEE has incorporated a family of private equity funds for this purpose. The Division also provides advisory services internally within the organization. To that end, this team has established a cooperation agreement with Oppenheimer & Co. for funds management services and merger and acquisition transactions involving publicly traded securities.
The Funds Management team has organized investments and private equity transactions, from the initial evaluation, to negotiation and closing, to the liquidation of the investments upon their maturity, producing significant returns for investors. The Division has identified various investment opportunities deemed of interest to major institutional investors in China.
AAEE’s portfolio of equity funds executes investments across the Americas in the areas of hospitality, real estate, mining and natural resources, food and beverage, and technology.
