Asia America Equity Exchange LLC (AAEE) has secured a strategic partnership with the China Beijing Equity Exchange (CBEX) to facilitate equity transactions between China and the Americas.

CBEX is a State-owned agency authorized by the Beijing Municipal Government and is the largest Equity Exchange platform in China.

AAEE is the exclusive partner of CBEX in a territory represented by North, Central, and South America and the Caribbean regions and exclusively represents CBEX’s listings to international companies and investors in its territory. All AAEE listings are presented on the CBEX Exchange, and are promoted to its vast database of institutional investors and state-owned enterprises, as well as to its media channels that cover major financial news events occurring throughout Asia. Listing promotions from CBEX are published in Chinese newspapers, magazines, TV networks and other media outlets.
